EasySales.in is an online marketplace that provides a platform for vendors and sellers ("Sellers") to list items for auction, bidding, and direct sale to registered users ("Buyers"). EasySales.in acts solely as a venue for users to interact and conduct transactions. We are not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the items listed.

3. User Accounts

a. Eligibility: To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. 

b. Registration: You must register for an account to participate in auctions, bidding, or direct sales. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. 

c. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Seller Terms

a. Item Listings: Sellers may list items for sale via auction, bidding, or direct sale. Listings must be accurate, truthful, and complete.

c. Transaction Completion: Sellers are obligated to complete the sale of an item to the winning bidder or buyer. This includes shipping the item in a timely manner and in the condition described in the listing. 

d. Seller Fees: By listing an item, Sellers agree to pay all applicable fees to EasySales.in as outlined in our [link to Fees Policy].

5. Buyer Terms

a. Bidding: By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. 

b. Payment: Buyers are obligated to complete payment for a winning bid or a direct sale purchase within the specified timeframe. 

c. Inspecting Items: It is the Buyer's responsibility to review the item description, photos, and ask questions before placing a bid or making a purchase.

6. Transactions and Payments

a. Payment Processing: EasySales.in may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of our payment partners. 

b. No Guarantees: EasySales.in does not guarantee the successful completion of any transaction. We are not responsible for non-payment by a Buyer or non-delivery by a Seller.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. "As Is" Basis: The Site and all items listed on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EasySales.in makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the items listed. 

b. No Liability for Seller Actions: EasySales.in is not responsible for the actions or inactions of Sellers or the quality, legality, or safety of items they list. 

c. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasySales.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

8. Intellectual Property

a. Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EasySales.in and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 

b. Seller Content: Sellers grant EasySales.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their listings and content on the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh/ India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
